Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order and get your money back. It applies together with our Terms of Service and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Your right of withdrawal
1.1 If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days of the day the contract is made, without giving any reason, under Decree-Law no. 24/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU.
1.2 Our services are carried out at your request, usually soon after you open your ticket. At checkout you expressly ask us to begin the service within the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that:
- if you withdraw after the service has started but before it is complete, you must pay an amount in proportion to the part of the service already performed; and
- once the service has been fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal.
2. Before the service starts
If your order has not started, you can cancel it at any time and receive a full refund. To cancel, tell us in your ticket with your order ID.
If we cannot start your order, for example because no player is available for your rank, we will refund it in full.
3. After the service has started
You can cancel a started order within 14 days of purchase. You then pay for the part already performed, and we refund only the unfinished part:

After 14 days from purchase, a started order can no longer be cancelled and is not refunded, unless we cannot complete it or it is not delivered as described (see section 5).
Once a service has been fully delivered (the rank you ordered is reached, or the session time has been used), your right of withdrawal ends and it cannot be refunded, even within the 14 days.
4. When a refund may be reduced
Where a service could not be completed because of your actions, we may deduct the costs this caused us, for example where:
- you logged in to the account during a rank boost and interrupted it;
- you changed the password or removed access without telling your booster;
- you did not respond in your ticket for more than 14 days after we asked to continue;
- the account was restricted or banned by the game publisher for reasons that existed before the service or are unrelated to it.
In these cases we will still refund the part of the service that has not been performed, less any costs we reasonably incurred.
5. Faulty or incomplete service
If a service is not delivered as described, tell us in your ticket. We will either complete it at no extra cost or refund the part that was not delivered properly, as you prefer.
6. How refunds are paid
We refund within 14 days of agreeing the refund, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a fee for refunds.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We resolve most problems in your ticket within a day. Opening a chargeback for a service that was delivered may result in removal from our Discord server.
